When in Vegas and you feel like shopping or just hanging out, go straight to the Meadows Mall. Las Vegas’ premiere shopping center, the Meadows Mall houses its 4 anchor shops: Dillard’s, Macy’s, JCPenney, and Sears. Aside from these old store affiliates, there are over 140 other specialty stores that cover every kind of budget.
Owned by the General Growth Properties, Inc. (GGP), Meadows Mall, Las Vegas is a two-storey building that covers about 960,000 square-feet of real estate. It first opened in 1978 and got its name form the English word for Las Vegas - meadows.

Inside the mall are over a dozen shoe stores, and full range of clothing shops from maternity to petite- or large-sized shoppers. Those looking to find toys, books, bags, gifts, jewelry, and home furnishing will surely find a store that offers great products at the Meadows Mall. Aside from being a shopping haven, there is also a food court that offers extensive menus and dishes.
Meadows Mall Las Vegas exhibits ultramodern interior with its high ceiling, fountains, and trees. There are lots of seating or resting areas too that make it more comfortable to standby a moment to rest from shopping or strolling.
Meadows Mall is open from 10AM to 9PM, Mondays to Saturdays and 10AM to 6PM during Sundays. The department store and the restaurants may have different hours compared to the mall itself.

Aside from checking out what’s in store for you at the 4 anchor stores, you can also check specialty stores even if you are not buying anything. If you love bargains, you can check out Sears and their clearance section where you will be able to score really unbelievable deals. K-B Toys is a must-see for Barbie dolls and other collectible toys.
For frequent shoppers or for those who want to give shopping as a gift, the Meadows Mall offers the GGP Las Vegas Gift Card, which comes as a gold card. It can be used anywhere in the US where American Express is accepted.
Aside from the gift card, those who frequent Meadows Mall, Las Vegas can avail of the free membership offer for The Club, which offers discounts and special offers for members.
